Provides direction regarding HR processes and policies related to research:

• Recruiting
• Hiring
• Benefits and Compensation
• Orientation and Onboarding
• Timekeeping and payroll
• Change in employment terms
• Assist Manager, Research Personnel with employee relations issues

• Provides employee relations advice to research leaders and research employees at both LHSC and St. Joseph's
• Liaises with the Human Resources Departments for LHSC and St. Joseph's on behalf of Researchers and research staff
• Coaching and conducting attendance management meetings
• Performance Management Program
